I come to Karl’s for any and all work needed on my vehicle; from service of oil changes, certified service, body shop when someone backed into me, trading cars. I’ve experienced most of the departments and have nothing but “glowing” reports. From representatives actually listening to me(being a widowed old lady) and actually hearing me when I felt my car had a need. Always very accommodating, knowledgeable, and experienced. I just traded vehicles and I can’t say enough positives about your staff. They made the process so effortless and positive. They worked with me until we found the vehicle that met my needs. Each individual I have worked with has been extremely customer friendly and that goes a long way with me!

When the cabin air filter was checked not all of the items in the glove box were put back inside and left on the floorboard. The owners manual and some cords weren’t put back, but what I really didn’t like was that there were some debris that was on the top of the filter fell into the glove box and was left there on top of the other contents. I didn’t appreciate the mess.

I had an oil change done and they were quick and explained everything they did. Several point Inspection.

I made the appointment to have an engine vibration fixed. A Fault light was added to the needs as it showed up before the appointment. It took multiple reschedules and 2.5 weeks to fix the fault. I payed ~$2100 for the fault code fix and the car was returned to me with the same engine vibration and no mention of anything about fixing the engine vibration. The product itself is poor for needing this costly a fix for its age, but the service wasn't good on any front.

Employees were curtious and attentive. Facility was clean. Service completed within the stated time.

What good

Everything was great as far as respect, finding a car to drive while mine was being worked on communication was great.. only problem I have is it still has that sleek or chirp when driving and if ya hit bumps, but when u have a little pressure on breaks it don’t make that sound. It’s something in the front but I really can’t afford to have it looked at and fixed again.

No complaints

My truck came in on transport covered with mud. Had box cover and splash guards installed. I walked in the department unannounced to check on the progress and seen that the splash guards were installed right over the mud. I told them that this was unacceptable. I had them remove, clean and reinstall. Not a good experience for my first time doing business at this dealership.

Tom Hilderbrand went above and beyond to find my perfect car. Eddie in delivery coordinating was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. Loving my new GMC Terrain!

Scheduled oil change + tire monitor system check (light on). Did not get oil change because it was never added to schedule. Service replaced two of the four sensors and the "Service Tire Monitor System" light came on following morning. Dave recommended I "check the tire pressure". No Dave, you just had my truck - why didn't YOU check the tire pressure. Truck shall return on Wednesday for more of the same...

We stopped in to set up service and was told they could get us in right away, that worked great and saved us another trip to town. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

Service on the vehicle took about 45 minutes, but I was not able to get vehicle washed as the car wash was closed due to cold temps.

The people I talked with were very nice and polite, the job was done fast and looked great, They did what said had to be done, and the pickup looked nice and clean, Detailed wasn't expected but greatly appreciated. Job very well done, I will tell people to go to you.

I had an oil change, tire rotation and my back windshield wiper blade was replaced. In total, I was there over 2 hours. I had previously asked to use the rewards points I had, but when I went to check out I wasn't aloud to use them. And then when I went to get back in my car oil was on my steering wheel and driver and passenger side doors. Not the best experience, I've had a Karl's!!!

I was disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Firstly, I paid for the oil change with a credit card, and the service advisor failed to provide me with a credit card receipt evidencing payment--this is required by law. I thought my copy of the invoice would show payment, which it did not; I did not know this until I got home when I looked at the invoice more closely. Secondly, the invoice referred me to a "Report Card" regarding the multipoint inspection; I did not receive a copy of the report. Thirdly, I took the truck in to have a noise in the dash diagnosed and addressed (i.e., warranty work); it has been doing it since I purchased truck new. The technician ran some tests but was unable to ascertain or replicate the issue. I was advised to bring it back and it leave overnight since the noise also appears when the truck is first started. Why wasn't I offered the option to leave the truck and given a loaner to take home? When I started the truck to leave the dealership, I heard the noise. Fourthly, I was at the dealership for 2 hours and was not given any updates.

Service done in a timely fashion. The new app for signing up, needs another option, "I'm on my way" plus once you are first in line, an approximate wait time would also be helpful for those of us who have a 20 min travel time.

I took my GMC pickup in for a battery replace and oil change that was quickly done the same day I was told my rear shocks where leaking and should be replaced and had to be ordered I scheduled another appointment and again my truck was back to me in a timely manner I had a great service experience

Waiting room thermostat was set at 66 degrees too cold for me. Went out to warm up. Of course I went and looked at used pickups. The TV was showing 1970s price is right shows. Why not some new cars and trucks?

The original appointment was for the diesel gas cover. They called to confirm my appointment the day before. It wasn’t the service manager that I scheduled the appointment with it was the other tech. They didn’t even know why I was coming in. My wife added the software upload that took over two hours. And didn’t solve the issue Plus because they didn’t know we have to go back when the needed parts arrive to fix the diesel gas cover Out time is money, can we charge for that? Of course not. Not happy

Dropped off my truck for an oil change. came back later and it was done and a free car wash. So easy!!! Excellent job!

We were met quickly when we were looking for a truck and shown several trucks. Once we decided on one truck the salesman gave us a preliminary estimate of cost, including what incentives were available for us. We picked up the truck three days later and the financial officer when through everything with us. When we viewed the truck the running were not on the truck so we purchased some but then the salesman later called us to tell us the running boards were included. When going through the costs of everything we found that the running boards were listed as an additional item but that was quickly corrected. We are very pleased with the entire process and looking forward to driving the truck for many years.

The financial person, Jose, was friendly and very helpful and efficient. I liked the electronic way of completing all the necessary paperwork. The facility was also impressive.

4 months for a transmission and 1 day after I got it back it started making noises and now they say they can't get it in for a week to look at it. They dont want to give me a loaner vehicle. The are always saying we dont have one and it takes 3 days to put it in the system. This is all factory warranty work.
