I made the appointment to have an engine vibration fixed. A Fault light was added to the needs as it showed up before the appointment. It took multiple reschedules and 2.5 weeks to fix the fault. I payed ~$2100 for the fault code fix and the car was returned to me with the same engine vibration and no mention of anything about fixing the engine vibration. The product itself is poor for needing this costly a fix for its age, but the service wasn't good on any front.

Excellent service, cost. They even gave me a ride to my eye Doctor appointment while they did the work and picked me up when my appointment was complete. Would recommend this organization to anyone.

The people I talked with were very nice and polite, the job was done fast and looked great, They did what said had to be done, and the pickup looked nice and clean, Detailed wasn't expected but greatly appreciated. Job very well done, I will tell people to go to you.

Scheduled oil change + tire monitor system check (light on). Did not get oil change because it was never added to schedule. Service replaced two of the four sensors and the "Service Tire Monitor System" light came on following morning. Dave recommended I "check the tire pressure". No Dave, you just had my truck - why didn't YOU check the tire pressure. Truck shall return on Wednesday for more of the same...

I have no complaints about the service but when an oil change and tire rotation cost almost $200 dollars thats when I look else where for that service. Last time it was 90 bucks for oil change and this time double plus some.
