    My truck came in on transport covered with mud. Had box cover and splash guards installed. I walked in the department unannounced to check on the progress and seen that the splash guards were installed right over the mud. I told them that this was unacceptable. I had them remove, clean and reinstall. Not a good experience for my first time doing business at this dealership.
