The tech pushed 100k service that wasn’t needed yet. He didn’t know the service history though. They didn’t save the old parts even though I specified I wanted the old parts. The were helpful getting the tail gate cameras warranty

My truck had a serpentine belt fail over the weekend and it was quickly scheduled for that repair. As I pulled in the driveway after that repair was complete, the water pump failed. A tow truck was scheduled quickly and I had my truck back the next day with a new pump.

I want to be clear that the work done/people who worked on my car did a great job!! Before my appt, i got a reminder text message, and between noon and 4pm CST I got SIX phone calls. One left a voicemail, but they just kept calling. I work. And I cannot be on my phone at all hours of the day. Calling this many times is ridiculous, and deters me from wanting to book a service. Additionally, when I finally did answer the woman I spoke to while kind just let a lot of awkward silence-- just say "reminder of appt" and let the call end. Additionally, this week was the slowest service i've had-- which is fine!! But I saw my car being pulled in later than my appt- so a "no show" may benefit instead of harassing via phone call. It was a LOT and I hope this stops happening.
